The home was bought half-finished: another owner’s renovation, abandoned barely past lockup. What sold it was a four-car garage and the potential to make it theirs. What “theirs” looked like, they didn’t yet know.

That was the real brief: not a style to copy, but an identity to find. We answered it in layers. Warm neutrals, texture on texture, everything stripped back to what earns its place, and the whole of it quietly glamorous.

The plan was resolved around how they actually live: hosting family, indoors and out. Kitchen, sitting room and backyard work as one continuous room that happens to have a threshold.

From half-built shell to furnished home, one studio held every decision to handover.
