What we collect
When you submit an enquiry through our website we collect the information you provide: your name, contact details, project location, project type, and any description of your project. We also collect standard server-side analytics data (pages visited, referral source, device type) through Google Analytics 4.
How we use it
We use your enquiry information solely to evaluate and respond to your project enquiry. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent. Analytics data is used only to understand how our website is performing and to improve it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your enquiry details are held within RESLU's internal systems only. We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) and Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) for website performance measurement; these services collect anonymised usage data under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for the duration of any project relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. If your enquiry does not proceed to a project, records are retained for up to 24 months.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at aria@reslu.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
