Your designer.
Your builder.
We design and build significant renovations and extensions in Adelaide, taking responsibility for the design and the building work through to handover.
A considered home needs care in the design and in the building.
RESLU brings a residential building company and design studio together. We develop the spatial plan and interiors, prepare the agreed documentation and undertake construction as your builder. Our responsibility carries from the first brief through the building work, finishes and handover.
We concentrate on one significant build at a time, carrying the design through construction with close involvement in the site details. We oversee our trades and suppliers and take responsibility for workmanship and delivery of the agreed building scope.

We limit our construction workload so the agreed design, material junctions and finished rooms receive close attention throughout the build.
Designed and built by RESLU
RESLU is your designer and your builder. We undertake the construction and remain responsible for the agreed building work, workmanship and finished result through to handover.
Resolved before built
Every material, junction and piece of hardware is decided before construction begins. Changes on site are choices, never surprises.
Finished means furnished
We hand over rooms, not shells: styled and complete to the final object on the shelf.
