Most renovations fail quietly, in the gap between the person who drew the vision and the person who built it.
RESLU was founded to remove that gap entirely. We are a residential design and build studio: interior design, spatial planning, council approvals, construction and final furnishing held within one team, on one significant project, from first brief to handover.
Working on one significant project at a time is an economic decision as much as a creative one. It means our full attention is a fact of the schedule, not a promise in a brochure. It means details are resolved before construction begins, and the design intent never meets the contractor's convenience and quietly loses.

The studio’s entire resource, from design and documentation to trades and styling, is committed to a single significant project until it is handed over.
No handoffs
The team that draws the first line manages the last trade. There is no translation between designer and builder, because they are the same people.
Resolved before built
Every material, junction and piece of hardware is decided before construction begins. Changes on site are choices, never surprises.
Finished means furnished
We hand over rooms, not shells: styled and complete to the final object on the shelf.
