Storage, lighting, finishes and custom joinery develop as one composition. Drawings, samples and renders help you understand how the spaces and materials will come together.
We undertake the renovation as your builder, delivering the agreed construction with our trades and suppliers. Site supervision, workmanship and the finished result remain our responsibility through to handover.
RESLU removed the centre of the original brick fireplace to frame the ocean view from the kitchen. Concealing the nib wall within the cabinetry run helped the kitchen borrow space visually from adjoining rooms.
Kitchen, ensuite, laundry, drawing room and backyard were resolved together, retaining the qualities that made the home worth keeping.

Yes. RESLU is your builder as well as your design studio. We undertake the agreed construction and take responsibility for the building work and workmanship, with our design and building team involved through to handover.
The scope is specific to the property and your brief. It may include layout changes, structural alterations, kitchens, bathrooms, joinery, lighting and finishes across the home. We establish what to retain, what to change and what each stage will deliver before pricing the building work.
Often, the opportunity is within the existing home. Improving circulation, moving a kitchen or opening a sightline can change how several rooms feel and function. We assess the existing footprint first and discuss an extension where additional space would serve the brief.
