Whole-home renovation in Unley Park

The current commission, and the one that pulls out all the stops: a whole-home renovation in Unley Park, designed and built to be sympathetic to the home it began as, with gentle nods to yesteryear throughout.

Almost nothing in it exists off a shelf. Travertine floor tiles are being cut to match the geometry of the timber parquet, so stone and timber read as one continuous floor. Custom steel doors carry laser-cut, curved steel lock boxes made for this house alone.

Expanses of joinery run wall to wall, with storage resolved down to the client’s Louboutin collection: a home for every last thing, built in rather than added on.
