RESLU brings layout, material selection, documentation and construction together. A limited construction workload allows close involvement in the details that carry the design through to the finished room.

  2. Design and scope

    Layout, joinery, stone, tile, hardware and lighting are considered together. The agreed scope sets out the work for your home.

  3. Construction

    RESLU undertakes the building work with its trades and suppliers, carrying the agreed details through to handover.

We review your brief and respond within one business day. The first conversation establishes fit, scope and timing.

Before you begin

Can the brief involve one room or several?

Yes. A carefully detailed bathroom or kitchen can be a substantial commission in its own right. We can also consider adjoining rooms or a wider renovation. Project fit is about the design and standard of execution, not simply the floor area.

What should I allow for investment and timing?

Both depend on the scope, complexity, materials and level of detail. Share a working budget and preferred timing if you have them; “not sure” is fine. Larger projects are welcome for discussion. We establish a project-specific scope and programme rather than offer a standard package.

Which areas do you work in?

Adelaide’s inner, eastern and selected coastal suburbs. Include the location of your home in your brief so we can confirm project fit and availability.

Do you take on repairs or supply-only work?

Our focus is bespoke renovation design and construction. We do not offer repair-only call-outs, leaking-shower repairs, regrouting, flat-pack installations or supply-only cabinetry.
