## Who we are

## What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the information you provide: your name, contact details, project location and type, project description, optional working investment and timing, and any photographs you attach. Our hosting providers also process technical request information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the website.

## How we use it

We use your enquiry information to evaluate and respond to your project, maintain our enquiry records and provide the services you request. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent. Submitting an enquiry does not require consent to advertising measurement.

## Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your enquiry information. We use service providers to host the website, store enquiries and deliver notification emails, including Vercel, our RESLU Spec system using Supabase, and Resend. Enquiry details and attached photographs may be processed by those providers for these purposes. These services may process information outside Australia.

Project photographs and published content may load from our content and image providers. Following an external link, such as our ArchiPro profile, takes you to a website governed by its own privacy policy.

## How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for the duration of any project relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. If your enquiry does not proceed to a project, records are retained for up to 24 months.

## Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at [aria@reslu.com.au](mailto:aria@reslu.com.au). We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

## Cookies

Optional Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement are available only after your choice to allow them. The enquiry form works without optional measurement. Meta advertising measurement remains switched off.

The Privacy choices control in the footer lets you separately accept or reject analytics and advertising measurement, or withdraw a previous choice. We remember that preference in this browser for up to 180 days.

When optional measurement is available and you opt in, Google Analytics measures website interactions and Google Ads measures accepted enquiries. Advertising campaign details may be stored for up to 30 days and attached to your enquiry. The choice does not enable personalised advertising, Meta tracking or enhanced matching of your contact details. Google may process measurement data outside Australia.

Rejecting or withdrawing stops new optional events from our website and clears known first-party measurement cookies and stored campaign details. Withdrawal does not undo data already sent. Your browser may retain other cookies from an earlier visit; you can clear these through browser settings. Privacy-protection signals take precedence over acceptance.

## Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL.
