## Every renovation involves decisions that will *outlast the build.* We hold all of them.

As your designer and builder, we consider how every detail will be constructed while the design takes shape. We then build it, taking responsibility for the workmanship and the finished result. We concentrate on one significant build at a time, with close involvement in the architectural detail, material junctions and finish.

West Lakes Shore · Designed and built by RESLU

## A new way to see
*the same home.*

At West Lakes Shore, we opened the centre of the brick fireplace to frame an ocean view from the kitchen. Concealing the nib wall within the cabinetry run let the kitchen borrow space visually from adjoining rooms and feel more expansive.
